My Story

Years ago my photography adventure began, quite simply, to get nice photos of my young daughters. It didn’t take long to find out the things I didn’t know! I read about portraiture, because someone needed prom photos. I learned to arrange groups, because all the friends wanted to be in the photos. Figure skating shows came next along with the absolute love of getting great action shots. Soon I needed a studio and all the equipment to go with it. I dabbled in family and baby photography, but senior portraiture was what I was meant to do. I loved working with the kids! I had my studio in beautiful Manitowoc, Wisconsin and was enjoying every moment!

Then came a great job offer for my hubby on the other side of the state. I really didn’t know where that small town was, but when he told me it was 20 minutes from my daughter and new granddaughter, I was sold! As much fun as I was having with my seniors, a move to western Wisconsin has given me the prefect opportunity to change things up a bit. I’m discovering a whole new world with the beautiful St. Croix River and all the charming river towns. I’m taking my love of nature and creating beautiful art.
